How it originated

The virtuous circle

The virtuous circle originated from interviews conducted after the subprime mortgage crisis and from a series of conversations with managers and entrepreneurs of national standing to define leadership, a theme already present in Saint Benedict of Nursia in his rule of 530 AD.

All of this was compared with and supported by the experience of recent years with Italian small and medium enterprises, which present entirely similar problems.

From this emerges “the virtuous circle,” that set of elements (human resources/processes, performance indicators, information systems, and planning) and their use/application that enable the company to grow and break free from its market limitations.

The methodology of “The Virtuous Circle” is the subject of a patent application with the Italian Patent and Trademark Office.
